Are the license costs related to the number of users or the number of clients?
The license costs are per user (120€ net per year). The number of clients is unlimited.
Does the WIZportal have an interface to Office programs (Excel, Outlook)?
Yes, the data can be exported to Excel or Word.
Can I upload my own files and document templates?
Yes, you can store your own templates and upload Pdf files and images.
Can I create my own activities and products in the WIZportal?
Yes, all the measures and products you offer can be stored.
What are the technical requirements for using the WIZportal?
You only need Internet access.
How many licenses are available in the trial month?
Three users can test the WIZportal at the same time in the test month.
Do I have to cancel after the end of the test month?
No, the test month ends automatically. If you want to purchase paid licenses afterwards, you can do so directly in the license administration of the WIZportal.
Can I continue working in the database I already used after the trial month?
Yes, the database and the data you entered will be retained and you can continue working directly.
I have created a person and cannot find him/her in the search afterwards.
The person was probably assigned to a client group for which you have no authorization, or the group filter was activated for the user. This can be changed by the administrator in the configuration.
A user cannot see certain persons.
The user may not have authorization for this person (group). This can be changed by the administrator in the configuration.
I have stored a questionnaire template and cannot call it up for the person.
The questionnaire was not released for the corresponding target group of the person. Each questionnaire template can be released in the configuration for different target groups.
I (or another user) have forgotten the WIZportal password.
The administrator can send a new password under Configuration - User -.
My license has expired.
After logging in, you can extend the license(s) in the upper right corner under Configuration - License Management.
I have a problem in the WIZportal and can't proceed any further.
The administrator can activate the Solviteers support at the top right. So the hotline team can log in and analyse the problem.
